PharmKulen is a software platform — it does not dispense, manufacture, or distribute medicine. PharmKulen surfaces listings from licensed partner pharmacies in Cambodia so users can search a medicine by brand name, generic name, or active ingredient and see which nearby partner pharmacies have it in stock and at what price.

Users can also order online: add medicines to a cart, pay securely through ABA PayWay (card, ABA Pay, or KHQR), and the partner pharmacy prepares the order for pickup at its counter — or, where available, delivery by a third-party delivery partner coordinated through the platform. The payment is held and only charged after the pharmacy completes the order; if the pharmacy cannot fulfil it, the hold is released. In every case the partner pharmacy is the seller and dispenser of the medicine; PharmKulen is the platform that processes the order. Prescription medicines require a valid prescription, checked by the pharmacy.

Because partner pharmacies set their own prices, PharmKulen also enables price comparison across pharmacies. PharmKulen does not own inventory.

The platform supports six languages (English, Khmer, French, Korean, Russian, Chinese) and is built specifically for Cambodian healthcare workflows, including Khmer-language medicine names and prescriptions. Use of PharmKulen is free for end users.
