Indication
Treatment and prevention of magnesium deficiency. Symptomatic treatment of neuromuscular irritability and minor functional disorders such as muscle cramps, palpitations, and fatigue.
Ingredients
- Magnesium lactate dihydrate 470 mg
- Pyridoxine HCl (Vitamin B6) 5 mg
Direction
Adults: 6–8 tablets per day, taken in 2–3 divided doses with meals. Children over 6 years: 4–6 tablets per day. Take with a glass of water.
Side effects
- Diarrhea at high doses
- Nausea
Precautions
- Not recommended in severe renal failure
- Keep out of reach of children
