Indication
- Respiratory tract infections (bronchitis, pneumonia, tonsillitis) - Ear, nose and throat infections - Urinary tract infections - Skin and soft tissue infections
Ingredients
- Amoxicillin 500 mg
Direction
Usually 250-500 mg every 8 hours, swallowed with water, as directed by a doctor. Complete the full prescribed course.
Side effects
- Nausea
- diarrhea
- Skin rash
- Allergic reactions
- Oral or vaginal thrush
Precautions
- Tell your doctor about any penicillin or beta
- lactam allergy
- Use with caution in kidney impairment
- May reduce effectiveness of oral contraceptives
