Indication
- Heartburn and acid indigestion - Gastric and duodenal ulcers - Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) - Zollinger-Ellison syndrome - Pathological hypersecretory conditions
Ingredients
- Cimetidine
Direction
Take orally with meals and/or at bedtime as directed. For heartburn relief, take one tablet before or after meals.
Side effects
- Headache
- Dizziness
- Diarrhea
- Gynecomastia with long
- term use
- Fatigue or sleepiness
Precautions
- Multiple drug
- drug interactions (CYP450 inhibitor)
- Kidney or liver disease
- May cause confusion in elderly
- Consult doctor if pregnant/breastfeeding
