Indication
- Relief of nausea and vomiting - Gastric motility disorders - Feelings of fullness - Upper abdominal discomfort - Heartburn associated with gastroparesis
Ingredients
- Domperidone
Direction
Place tablet on the tongue and allow it to dissolve before swallowing. Usually taken 15-30 minutes before meals.
Side effects
- Dry mouth
- Headache
- Drowsiness
- Anxiety
- Diarrhea
- Skin rash or itching
Precautions
- History of cardiac rhythm disorders
- Serious liver impairment
- Prolonged QT interval on ECG
- Avoid use with ketoconazole/erythromycin
- Prolactin
- releasing pituitary tumor
