Indication

Treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults, as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve blood sugar control.

Ingredients

Direction

As directed by the physician or see package insert. Usually taken twice daily with meals. Swallow whole.

Side effects

May cause nausea
diarrhoea
abdominal discomfort
or low blood sugar. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if any adverse reaction occurs.

Precautions

Risk of low blood sugar when combined with other diabetes medicines. Inform your doctor of kidney problems. On medical prescription only.
