Indication
- Prevention of heart attack - Prevention of ischemic stroke - Antiplatelet therapy - Mild pain relief
Ingredients
- Acetylsalicylic acid (Aspirin)
Direction
Take orally once daily with a full glass of water. It is best taken with food to minimize stomach irritation.
Side effects
- Stomach irritation or heartburn
- Increased risk of bleeding
- Nausea
- Tinnitus with higher doses
Precautions
- Risk of Reye's syndrome in children
- History of gastrointestinal ulcers
- Active bleeding disorders
- Hypersensitivity to NSAIDs
