Indication
- Vitamin B deficiency treatment - Metabolic support and energy production - Maintenance of nervous system health - Prevention of megaloblastic anemia - Support for healthy skin and hair
Ingredients
- Thiamine (B1)
- Riboflavin (B2)
- Niacin (B3)
- Pantothenic Acid (B5)

Direction
Take orally, usually one tablet or capsule daily. Best taken with a meal to improve absorption and reduce stomach upset.
Side effects
- Bright yellow urine (harmless)
- Mild nausea or stomach upset
- Diarrhea
- Flushing or skin redness
Precautions
