Indication

Food supplement providing iron, folic acid, vitamin B12, B6 and zinc to support the formation of haemoglobin and red blood cells, and to help maintain energy release and vitality.

Ingredients

• Iron (as Ferrous Fumarate) 24 mg
• Zinc 12 mg
• Copper 2000 mcg
• Folic Acid 500 mcg
• Vitamin B12 10 mcg
• Vitamin B6 5 mg

Direction

Take one capsule per day with your main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink; do not chew.
