Indication
- Magnesium deficiency treatment - Nervousness and irritability - Mild anxiety and fatigue - Minor sleep disturbances - Muscle cramps and tingling - Gastrointestinal spasms or palpitations
Ingredients
- Magnesium lactate dihydrate and Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6)
Direction
Take orally with a large glass of water during meals, dividing the daily dose into 2 or 3 takes. Adults take 6 to 8 tablets daily, and children over 6 years take 4 to 6 tablets daily.
Side effects
- Diarrhea
- Abdominal pain
- Skin rash or hives
- Allergic reactions
Precautions
- Severe renal impairment contraindication
- Avoid with levodopa alone
- Hypersensitivity to any ingredient
- Correct magnesium before calcium
- Contains sucrose
- avoid if intolerant
- High
- dose B6 may cause neuropathy
