Indication

- Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) - Acid reflux and heartburn - Peptic and duodenal ulcers - Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) - Functional dyspepsia (indigestion) - Zollinger-Ellison syndrome

Ingredients

• Rabeprazole Sodium and Levosulpiride

Direction

Take orally, usually one capsule daily in the morning on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before breakfast. Swallow whole with water; do not crush, split, or chew.

• Pituitary prolactinoma or pheochromocytoma
• Avoid concurrent antiparkinson drugs
• Avoid alcohol during treatment
• Severe renal or hepatic impairment
