Indication
- Disinfection of medical instruments - Skin disinfection before injections - Antiseptic for minor skin wounds - General surface sanitization
Ingredients
- Ethanol (90% v/v)
Direction
Apply topically using a clean cotton swab or pad saturated with the solution to the area needing disinfection, or soak medical instruments directly in the solution.
Side effects
- Skin dryness or irritation
- Burning or stinging sensation
- Redness at application site
Precautions
- Highly flammable liquid and vapor
- Do not ingest or drink
- Avoid contact with eyes
- Do not apply to large open wounds
- Keep out of reach of children
