Indication
- Hypertension (high blood pressure) - Management of essential hypertension
Ingredients
- Telmisartan and Amlodipine Besylate
Direction
Take one tablet orally once daily. Tablets should be taken with or without food.
Side effects
- Peripheral edema (swelling)
- Dizziness
- Fatigue
- Flushing
- Nausea
- Headache
Precautions
- Contraindicated during pregnancy (fetal toxicity)
- Monitor for hyperkalemia
- Caution in hepatic impairment
- Caution in renal artery stenosis
- Risk of hypotension in volume
- depleted patients
