Indication

- Painful mouth and throat conditions - Sore throat relief - Esophagitis pain - Topical anesthesia for medical procedures - Dental procedure pain management

Ingredients

• Lidocaine Hydrochloride

Direction

For oral/pharyngeal use, swish the viscous gel in the mouth and then spit out or swallow as directed by a physician. Avoid eating or drinking for at least 60 minutes after application to prevent aspiration.

Side effects

• Numbness of the mouth and tongue
• Temporary loss of taste
• Burning or stinging at application site
• Dizziness if absorbed systemically
• Allergic reactions (rare)

Precautions

• Risk of choking/aspiration while numb
• Do not exceed recommended dosage
• Risk of biting tongue or cheeks
• Use cautiously in liver disease patients
• Monitor for signs of systemic toxicity
