Indication

Sterile single-dose saline for daily nasal and eye hygiene in infants, children, and adults; it may also be used for wound washing as directed.

Ingredients

• Sodium chloride 0.9 g per 100 mL (0.9%)
• Purified water q.s. to 100 mL

Direction

Use one 5 mL single-dose vial as directed for nasal or ocular cleansing. Single use only; do not inject.

Side effects

• Temporary stinging or irritation may occur.
• Stop use and seek advice if irritation persists or an allergic reaction occurs.
