Indication

Treatment of hypertension when combination therapy is appropriate after inadequate response to monotherapy.

Ingredients

• Losartan potassium 50 mg
• Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg

Direction

Take one tablet orally once daily or as directed by a physician.

Side effects

• Dizziness
• hypotension
• electrolyte imbalance
• headache
• nausea
• or increased uric acid may occur.

Precautions

• Do not use during pregnancy. Monitor renal function and electrolytes as directed. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use and stop if irritation or allergy occurs.
