Indication

Decontapp.pharco 250 (paracetamol 250 mg) is an analgesic and antipyretic indicated for the relief of mild to moderate pain and reduction of fever in children.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol (Acetaminophen) 250 mg

Direction

Children (weight-based: 10–15 mg/kg per dose) every 4–6 hours as needed. Typical adult dose if 250 mg per tablet: 2 tablets every 6 hours. Consult physician for children's dosing. Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours.

Side effects

• Well tolerated at recommended doses.
• Rare: skin rash
• allergic reactions.
• Hepatotoxicity with overdose.

Precautions

• Do not exceed recommended dose
• overdose causes serious liver damage.
• Avoid simultaneous use of other paracetamol
• containing products.
• Use with caution in hepatic impairment.
• Consult a physician if symptoms persist beyond 5 days.
