Candid-B Cream 15g

Indication

Candid-B Cream is used for the treatment of inflammatory dermatoses complicated by fungal infection, such as tinea pedis, tinea cruris, tinea corporis, candidal intertrigo, and other corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses with accompanying fungal infection.

Ingredients

• Clotrimazole 1%
• Beclomethasone dipropionate 0.025%

Direction

Adults: Apply a thin layer to the affected skin area twice daily (morning and evening). Gently rub into the skin. Treatment should not exceed 4 weeks. Do not use on the face for more than 1 week.

Side effects

• Burning or stinging at the application site.
• Skin irritation or erythema.
• Skin thinning with prolonged use.
• Contact dermatitis.
• Hypopigmentation.
• Adrenal suppression with extensive or prolonged application.

Precautions

• Avoid contact with eyes.
• Not for ophthalmic use.
• Avoid use on the face
• groin
• or underarms unless prescribed.
• Do not use on open wounds or ulcerated skin.
• Prolonged use may cause skin atrophy and adrenal suppression.
• Not recommended during pregnancy without medical advice.
• Discontinue if sensitisation occurs.
• Keep out of reach of children.
