LORATYN-10 10mg

Indication

LORATYN-10 is a non-sedating second-generation antihistamine used for the symptomatic relief of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, hay fever, and chronic urticaria, including sneezing, runny and itchy nose, and itchy watery eyes.

Ingredients

• Loratadine 10 mg

Direction

Adults and children 12 years and over: 10 mg (1 tablet) once daily. Children 2–12 years weighing more than 30 kg: 10 mg once daily. Children 2–12 years weighing 30 kg or less: 5 mg once daily. Take with or without food.

Side effects

• Headache.
• Drowsiness (uncommon).
• Dry mouth.
• Fatigue.
• Nausea.
• Nervousness (in children).

Precautions

• Use with caution in patients with severe hepatic impairment
