KINAL IBU Paracetamol 325mg + Ibuprofen 200mg + Caffeine 30mg

Indication

KINAL IBU is a combination analgesic and antipyretic used for the relief of mild to moderate pain including headache, toothache, muscle pain, dysmenorrhoea, and fever. The combination of paracetamol, ibuprofen, and caffeine provides enhanced pain relief.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 325 mg
• Ibuprofen 200 mg
• Caffeine 30 mg

Direction

Adults and children 12 years and over: 1–2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours. Take with food or milk to reduce stomach upset. Do not take for more than 5 days for pain or 3 days for fever without medical advice.

Side effects

• Gastrointestinal upset
• nausea
• or stomach pain.
• Heartburn or dyspepsia.
• Dizziness or headache (from caffeine).
• Increased heart rate (caffeine effect).
• Liver damage with overdose (paracetamol).
• Gastrointestinal bleeding (with prolonged NSAID use).
• Allergic reactions (rare).

Precautions

• Do not take with other products containing paracetamol or NSAIDs (ibuprofen
• aspirin
• naproxen).
• Avoid alcohol during treatment (risk of liver damage and gastrointestinal bleeding).
• Use with caution in patients with peptic ulcer
• gastritis
• or gastrointestinal bleeding history.
• Use with caution in patients with kidney or liver disease.
• Not recommended for patients with cardiovascular disease
• asthma triggered by NSAIDs
• or coagulation disorders.
• Not recommended during pregnancy
• especially third trimester.
• Not for children under 12 years.
• Keep out of reach of children.
