Debridat 100 mg

Indication

Used to treat irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and functional gastrointestinal disorders including abdominal cramps, bloating, and motility disturbances.

Ingredients

• Trimebutine maleate 100 mg

Direction

Adults: 100–200 mg three times daily before meals. Children 5–12 years: 50 mg two to three times daily. Take 15–30 minutes before meals.

Side effects

• Dry mouth
• Nausea
• Diarrhea or constipation
• Drowsiness (rare)
• Allergic reactions (rare)

Precautions

• Use with caution in patients with hepatic or renal impairment.
• Safety in pregnancy not fully established — consult a physician.
• Not recommended for infants under 6 months.
• Keep out of reach of children.
