KINAL Maxi Paracetamol 500 mg / Caffeine 50 mg

Indication

Relief of mild to moderate pain such as headache (including tension headache and migraine), dental pain, period pain, muscular pain, and cold and flu symptoms. Caffeine may enhance the analgesic effect of paracetamol.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 500 mg
• Caffeine 50 mg

Direction

Adults and children 12 years and over: 1–2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours. Do not take for more than 3 days for fever or 5 days for pain without consulting a doctor.

Side effects

• Rare: skin rash
• urticaria
• or allergic reactions attributed to paracetamol.
• Caffeine may cause insomnia
• restlessness
• palpitations
• or tremor in sensitive individuals.
• Hepatotoxicity may occur in paracetamol overdose.

Precautions

• Do not exceed the stated dose.
• Do not use with other paracetamol
• containing or caffeine
• containing products.
• Avoid in patients with severe hepatic impairment.
• Use with caution in patients with anxiety disorders
• cardiovascular conditions
• or sensitivity to caffeine.
• Prolonged or excessive use of caffeine
• containing analgesics may cause medication
• overuse headache.
• Consult a doctor before use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Keep out of reach of children.
