Indication

Candazole Cream 1% (Clotrimazole) is an antifungal agent used topically for the treatment of fungal skin infections including tinea pedis (athlete's foot), tinea cruris (jock itch), tinea corporis (ringworm), pityriasis versicolor, and cutaneous candidiasis.

Ingredients

• Clotrimazole 1%

Direction

Adults and children over 2 years: Apply a thin layer to the affected skin area and surrounding skin two to three times daily. Continue treatment for 2–4 weeks or as directed. Wash and dry the affected area before application.

Side effects

• Mild local irritation

• or stinging at application site.
• Skin redness or peeling.
• Rare: allergic contact dermatitis.

Precautions

• For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes.
• Do not apply to open wounds or severely broken skin.
• Discontinue if irritation or hypersensitivity occurs.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Consult a doctor if symptoms do not improve within 4 weeks.
