Gofen 400 Clearcap 400 mg

Indication

Gofen 400 is used for the relief of mild to moderate pain including headache, dental pain, menstrual pain, and musculoskeletal pain. It is also used to reduce fever and relieve symptoms of cold and flu.

Ingredients

• Ibuprofen 400 mg

Direction

Adults and children over 12 years: 1 capsule (400 mg) every 6–8 hours as needed. Maximum 3 capsules (1200 mg) per day. Take with food or milk to reduce stomach upset. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Precautions

• Do not use if allergic to ibuprofen or other NSAIDs.
• Avoid in patients with active peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding.
• Use with caution in patients with heart

• Avoid prolonged use without medical supervision.
• Not recommended during the third trimester of pregnancy.
• Keep out of reach of children.
