Indication

Tanganil 500mg is used for the symptomatic treatment of vertigo and associated symptoms such as nausea and balance disorders. It acts on the vestibular system to reduce symptoms of dizziness.

Ingredients

• Acetyl
• DL
• leucine 500 mg

Direction

Adults: 1–2 tablets (500–1000 mg) 3 times daily. Maximum 3000 mg per day. Treatment should not exceed 3 months without medical review. Take with water.

Side effects

• Generally well tolerated.
• Rare: gastrointestinal discomfort
