Upsa Paracetamol (effervescent tablet) is an analgesic and antipyretic used for the relief of mild to moderate pain such as headache, toothache, and menstrual pain, and for the reduction of fever.
Adults and children over 12 years: 1 effervescent tablet (500 mg) dissolved in a glass of water every 4–6 hours. Maximum 8 tablets (4000 mg) per day. Children 6–12 years: half tablet every 4–6 hours as directed by physician.
