Indication
Treatment of mild to moderate essential hypertension
Ingredients
- Lercanidipine Hydrochloride 10mg
Direction
Adults: 10mg once daily, taken at least 15 minutes before meals. May increase to 20mg if response is inadequate after 2 weeks.
Side effects
- Peripheral oedema
- headache
- flushing
- dizziness
- palpitations
- tachycardia
Precautions
- Not for use in unstable angina
- heart failure
- severe hepatic or renal impairment. Avoid grapefruit juice. Not recommended in pregnancy.
