Indication

- Respiratory tract infections (e.g. acute sinusitis, bronchitis, pneumonia) - Ear, nose and throat infections (e.g. otitis media, tonsillitis) - Urinary tract infections - Skin and soft tissue infections - Dental infections

Ingredients

• Amoxicillin 250 mg + Clavulanic acid 62.5 mg per 5 mL

Direction

Shake well before each use. Take the prescribed dose, dosed by body weight in children, in divided doses (usually every 8-12 hours), preferably at the start of a meal. Complete the full course as directed by a doctor.

• Nausea and vomiting
• Skin rash or itching
• Oral or vaginal thrush
• Rarely
• liver enzyme changes

Precautions

• Do not use in patients allergic to penicillins or cephalosporins
• Tell your doctor about a history of liver problems or jaundice with this medicine
• Use with caution in kidney impairment

• May reduce the effectiveness of oral contraceptives
