Indication
Cold and flu symptoms relief
Ingredients
- Paracetamol + Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride + Phenylephrine Hydrochloride + Ambroxol Hydrochloride
Direction
Adults and children over 12 years: 1 tablet every 6β8 hours as needed. Do not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours. Take with or after food. Not recommended for children under 12 years.
Side effects
- Levocetirizine component: drowsiness
- fatigue
- dry mouth.
- Phenylephrine component: palpitations
- increased blood pressure
- nervousness.
- Ambroxol component: nausea
- dyspepsia (rare).
- Paracetamol: allergic skin reactions (rare)
- hepatotoxicity on overdose.
- Rare: urinary retention (phenylephrine in susceptible patients).
Precautions
- Do not exceed the recommended dose (paracetamol component β hepatotoxicity risk).
- Avoid concurrent use with other paracetamol
- containing products.
- Phenylephrine: use with caution in hypertension
- hyperthyroidism
- coronary artery disease
- diabetes
- or benign prostatic hyperplasia.
- Levocetirizine: may cause drowsiness
- avoid driving or operating machinery.
- Avoid alcohol during treatment.
- Not recommended for patients on MAO inhibitors.
- Consult a doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Keep out of reach of children.
