Gaviscon Menthe Sans Sucre 10ml sachet

Indication

Traitement symptomatique du reflux gastro-oesophagien (symptomatic treatment of gastro-oesophageal reflux).

Ingredients

• Sodium alginate
• Sodium bicarbonate

Direction

Adults and children 12 years and over: Take 1–2 sachets (10–20 mL) after meals and at bedtime, or as directed by a doctor. Swallow the contents of the sachet directly or mix with a small amount of water. Do not exceed 4 doses in 24 hours.

Side effects

• Bloating or flatulence (uncommon).
• Diarrhoea or constipation (rare).
• Allergic reactions (very rare).

Precautions

• Not recommended for children under 12 years without medical advice.
• Contains sodium
• caution in patients on a sodium
• restricted diet
• and those with heart failure or renal impairment.
• Do not take other antacids or medications within 2 hours of this product without consulting a pharmacist.
• Consult a doctor if symptoms persist for more than 7 days.
