Loratyn-10 10 mg

Indication

Non-drowsy antihistamine for the symptomatic relief of allergic rhinitis, sneezing, nasal discharge and itching, and ocular itching and burning associated with seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis. Also indicated for chronic idiopathic urticaria.

Ingredients

• Micronised Loratadine 10 mg

Direction

Adults and children 12 years and over: one tablet (10 mg) once daily. Children 6-12 years over 30 kg: one tablet once daily.

Side effects

• Headache
• Fatigue
• Dry mouth
• Drowsiness (rare)

Precautions

• Use with caution in patients with severe hepatic impairment.
• Avoid in pregnancy and breastfeeding unless directed by a physician.
