Indication

Triple combination cream indicated for the short-term treatment of moderate to severe facial melasma.

Ingredients

• Hydroquinone 2% w/w
• Tretinoin 0.025% w/w
• Mometasone Furoate 0.10% w/w

Direction

As directed by the Physician. Apply a thin layer to the affected area.

• Exposure to sunlight or U.V. light will cause repigmentation of bleached area.
