Indication

Treatment of moderate to intense painful conditions in adults not relieved by paracetamol or aspirin alone.

Ingredients

• Paracetamol 400 mg
• Caffeine 62.5 mg
• Codeine Phosphate Hemihydrate 20 mg

Direction

As directed by a physician. Do not exceed the prescribed dose.

Side effects

• Drowsiness
• sedation (due to codeine).
• Constipation
• nausea
• vomiting (opioid effects).
• Dizziness
• lightheadedness.
• Insomnia
• palpitations (due to caffeine).
• Dependence or tolerance with prolonged use (codeine is opioid).
• Risk of respiratory depression at high doses.
• Liver toxicity with excessive paracetamol doses.
