Indication

Nutritional food supplement for women during pregnancy and breast-feeding. Provides multivitamins, minerals, and Omega-3 DHA to support normal development of the fetus's brain and eyes and to help meet increased nutritional needs.

Ingredients

• Pregnacare multivitamin tablet (vitamins and minerals including Folic Acid 400 mcg and Vitamin D 10 mcg)
• Omega
• 3 capsule (Fish oil providing 300 mg DHA per daily dose)

Direction

Take one Pregnacare tablet and one Omega-3 capsule daily, preferably with the main meal. Swallow with water or a cold drink. Do not exceed the stated dose.

Side effects

• Mild gastrointestinal discomfort in some individuals.
