Indication
Treatment of hypertension and chronic stable angina or vasospastic (Prinzmetal's) angina.
Ingredients
- Amlodipine Besilate equivalent to Amlodipine 10 mg
Direction
Take one tablet once daily or as directed by a physician. Swallow with water.
Side effects
- Headache
- Oedema (swelling of ankles)
- Flushing
- Palpitations
- Dizziness
- Fatigue
Precautions
- Use with caution in patients with severe hepatic impairment
- Use with caution in patients with heart failure
- Avoid in patients with hypersensitivity to dihydropyridines
- Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding unless clearly needed
