Indication

- dyspepsia
- abdominal pain
- diarrhea
- Peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal bleeding (rare)
- Dizziness
- headache
- Skin rash or pruritus
- Elevated liver enzymes (rare with paracetamol at high doses)
- Hepatotoxicity (rare
- with paracetamol overdose)
- Fluid retention / edema
- Increased risk of cardiovascular events with prolonged NSAID use
