Indication

Antifungal, anti-inflammatory, and antipruritic topical cream for fungal skin infections with inflammation and itching

Ingredients

• Ketoconazole 10 mg/g
• Clobetasol Propionate 0.5 mg/g

Direction

Apply to the affected area as directed; refer to package insert for dosage

Side effects

• Local skin reactions: burning
• stinging
• itching at application site
• Skin atrophy
• striae
• or telangiectasia with prolonged use of clobetasol
• Hypothalamic
• pituitary
• adrenal (HPA) axis suppression with widespread/prolonged application
• Contact dermatitis
• Perioral dermatitis
• acne
• like eruptions
• Rarely: systemic absorption effects with excessive use on large areas or under occlusion
