Paindol 300 300 mg

Indication

Analgesic and antipyretic powder for oral suspension. Used to relieve mild to moderate pain and reduce fever in children and adults.

Ingredients

• Acetaminophen

Direction

Adults and children 12 years and over: 300–600 mg (1–2 tablets) every 4–6 hours as needed. Maximum 4 g (4,000 mg) per day. Children 6–11 years: consult a doctor. Take with a full glass of water. Do not take more than directed.

Side effects

• Rare at therapeutic doses: skin rash
• allergic reactions.
• Overdose: serious hepatotoxicity (liver damage)
• nephrotoxicity.
• Very rarely: blood disorders (thrombocytopenia
• agranulocytosis).

Precautions

• Do not use with other products containing paracetamol/acetaminophen.
• Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to paracetamol.
• Use with caution in patients with hepatic impairment or chronic alcohol use.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose
• overdose can cause serious liver damage.
• Consult a doctor before use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Keep out of reach of children.
