Zesh 3 Kit

Indication

Single-dose combination kit used for syndromic treatment of vaginal discharge, combining an antifungal (fluconazole), a macrolide antibiotic (azithromycin) and an antiprotozoal/antibacterial (secnidazole) to cover candidal, bacterial and trichomonal infections.

Ingredients

• Fluconazole 150 mg (1 tablet)
• Azithromycin 1 g (1 tablet)
• Secnidazole 1 g x 2 tablets

Direction

As directed by the physician. Typically a single-dose kit: take the fluconazole tablet, the azithromycin tablet and the two secnidazole tablets together or as prescribed. Read the enclosed leaflet before use.

Side effects

• May cause nausea
• abdominal discomfort
• metallic taste (secnidazole)
• diarrhoea or headache. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use and stop if allergy occurs.
