Indication
Grape-flavoured chewable dietary supplement providing Vitamin C; take as directed.
Ingredients
- Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C)
- Malic acid
Direction
Adults: 1β2 tablets daily with water. Consult the product label for specific dosing, as Vitamin C content per tablet is 25 mg. Take orally.
Side effects
- Gastrointestinal: nausea
- diarrhea
- abdominal cramps (mainly at high doses).
- Rare: kidney stones with chronic high
- dose use.
- Rare: headache.
Precautions
- Do not exceed recommended dose.
- High
- dose Vitamin C may cause kidney stones in susceptible individuals.
- Patients with G6PD deficiency should use with caution.
- Consult a doctor before use in pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Keep out of reach of children.
