Avamys 27.5 mcg/spray

Indication

Treatment of the symptoms of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis (sneezing, itchy/runny/blocked nose, watery/itchy eyes) in adults, adolescents and children 2 years of age and older.

Ingredients

• Fluticasone furoate 27.5 micrograms per actuation

Direction

Shake well before use. Adults and adolescents 12 years and older: 2 sprays in each nostril once daily. Children 2-11 years: 1 spray in each nostril once daily. Use as directed by your physician.

Side effects

• Epistaxis (nosebleed)
• Headache
• Nasal ulceration

Precautions

• Use under medical supervision
• this is a controlled medicine.
• Use with caution in patients with severe hepatic impairment.
• It is dangerous to exceed the stated dose.
