Indication
Management of hypertension and chronic stable angina pectoris.
Ingredients
- Amlodipine Besilate 5 mg
Direction
Usual adult dose 5 mg once daily; may increase to 10 mg once daily per physician guidance.
Side effects
- Ankle oedema
- Headache
- Flushing
- Dizziness
- Palpitations
Precautions
- Use cautiously in severe hepatic impairment and aortic stenosis
- Monitor blood pressure
