Indication
A broad spectrum dermatological cream for allergic and inflammatory skin diseases including acute and chronic eczema, contact dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, chronic simple lichen, intertrigo, exfoliative dermatitis, papular urticaria, psoriasis, pruritus vulvae, pruritus ani and dermatitis solaris, as well as skin mycoses such as athlete's foot, trichophytia and tinea versicolor, insect bites, alopecia areata, first degree burns and skin disease with secondary bacterial infection.
Ingredients
- Betamethasone Dipropionate 0.64 mg per gram
- Clotrimazole 10.0 mg per gram
- Gentamicin Sulfate 1.0 mg per gram (potency)
Direction
Apply a suitable amount of Gentriderm to the affected area as a thin film, one to several times daily, or as directed by a physician. Read the package insert carefully before use.
Side effects
- Local burning
- itching
- dryness or irritation at the application site.
- Skin atrophy
- striae
- telangiectasia or pigment changes with prolonged use.
- Allergic contact dermatitis in sensitive patients.
Precautions
- For external use only
- keep out of reach of children.
- Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes.
- Do not use for prolonged periods on large areas
- the face or skin folds without medical supervision.
- Use with caution in pregnancy
- lactation and in young children.
- Stop use and consult a doctor if irritation or allergy occurs.
