Indication

Topical antifungal cream for the treatment of superficial skin infections caused by dermatophytes and yeasts, such as tinea corporis, tinea cruris, tinea pedis, tinea versicolor and cutaneous candidiasis.

Ingredients

• Ketoconazole 20 mg per gram

Direction

Apply the cream to the affected area and surrounding skin once daily. Continue treatment for at least one week after the lesion has completely disappeared, or as directed by the physician.

Side effects

• Local burning
• itching
• stinging or redness at the application site.
• Dryness or irritation of the treated skin.
• Allergic contact dermatitis in sensitive individuals.

Precautions

• For external use only
• avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes.
• Do not use on broken or ulcerated skin without medical advice.
• Discontinue use and consult a doctor if irritation
• redness or allergy develops.
• Use with caution during pregnancy and lactation.
• Keep out of reach of children.
