Indication

Treatment of allergic reactions (contact, seasonal, drug-induced, insect bite, food), vomiting, and dry cough of allergic origin.

• Drowsiness and sedation (common).
• Dry mouth

• Nausea
• constipation.
• Urinary retention (rare).
• Blurred vision (rare).
• Hypersensitivity reactions (rare).

Precautions

• Use with caution in patients with asthma
• glaucoma
• urinary retention
• prostatic hypertrophy
• or hyperthyroidism.
• May cause drowsiness
• avoid driving or operating machinery.
• Avoid concurrent use with MAO inhibitors
• alcohol
• or other CNS depressants.
• Not recommended in patients with hypersensitivity to chlorpheniramine or other alkylamine antihistamines.
• Use with caution during pregnancy and breastfeeding
• consult a physician.
• Keep out of reach of children.
