Anlitin 1.5 mg

Indication

Emergency contraception for prevention of pregnancy after unprotected intercourse or contraceptive failure. Take as soon as possible, ideally within 72 hours.

Ingredients

• Levonorgestrel 1.5 mg

Direction

Take one tablet orally as soon as possible after unprotected intercourse, preferably within 12 hours and no later than 72 hours. Refer to the enclosed leaflet.

Side effects

• Nausea
• Headache
• Dizziness
• Abdominal pain
• Changes in menstrual bleeding

Precautions

• Not for use as a regular method of contraception.
• Not effective once pregnancy is established.
• Consult a doctor if vomiting occurs within 3 hours of taking the tablet
• a repeat dose may be needed.
• Keep out of reach of children.
