Indication

Ophthalmic antibiotic ointment for the treatment of susceptible bacterial eye infections such as conjunctivitis and blepharitis.

Ingredients

• Tetracycline Hydrochloride 10 mg per gram (1%)

Direction

As directed by the physician. Apply a small amount to the affected eye; for ophthalmic use only.

Precautions

• For ophthalmic use only.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Preserve in collapsible ophthalmic tube
• store at controlled room temperature.
• Discard if seal is broken.
