Acnotril Isotretinoin 10 mg

Indication

Treatment of severe recalcitrant nodular acne that has not responded to conventional therapy, including systemic antibiotics.

Ingredients

• Isotretinoin USP 10 mg

Direction

As directed by the physician. Swallow the capsule whole with a full glass of water, preferably with food.

Side effects

• Dry skin
• lips and mucous membranes
• Nosebleeds
• Photosensitivity
• Elevated liver enzymes and serum lipids
• Headache
• Muscle or joint pain

Precautions

• Keep the medicine out of reach of children.
• Warning to female patients: this medicine may cause severe birth defects. Must not be taken if pregnant or may become pregnant during treatment.
• Do not donate blood during and 6 months after consuming this medicine.
• Store below 30°C in a cool and dry place. Protect from direct light
• heat and moisture.
• Use only under strict medical supervision.
