Indication

Antibacterial and anti-inflammatory eye drops for the treatment of steroid-responsive inflammatory ocular conditions with susceptible bacterial infection.

Ingredients

• Ofloxacin USP 0.3% w/v
• Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate USP 0.1% w/v

Direction

As directed by the physician. Instill 1-2 drops into the affected eye(s) several times a day. Use the solution within one month after opening.

• Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use and stop if irritation or allergy occurs.

Precautions

• Not for injection
• for external use only.
• Shake well before use.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Store below 30 degrees Celsius and protect from light.
• Do not touch the dropper tip to any surface.
