Indication
Symptomatic treatment of acute and chronic diarrhea
Ingredients
- Loperamide HCl 2 mg
Direction
Adults: 2 tablets initially, then 1 tablet after each loose stool, max 8 tablets/day. Children (8+ years): 1 tablet initially, then 1 after each loose stool, max 3 tablets/day.
Side effects
- Constipation
- Abdominal cramps
- Nausea
- Dizziness
Precautions
- Not recommended for children under 8 years
- Do not use if diarrhea is accompanied by high fever
- Keep out of reach of children
